Equimax Liquid Allwormer for Horses

Virbac Equimax Liquid is for treating and controlling tapeworms and roundworms in horses. This oral product is easy to administrate and works against arterial larval stages of Strongylus vulgaris and benzimidazole. It is a preventive against bots and skin lesions caused by Habronema and Draschia.

How it works?

Abamectin and Praziquantel are the active ingredients of the product that has to be administrated according to the weight of horses and it should be directly diverted to stomach. You have to ensure the right amount of dosage is given. You can also calculate with an appropriate device like a drench gun which is well suitable for dosing them right.

Both the ingredients combined together works effectively as a broad-spectrum anti-parasiticide against the lungworms, intestinal threadworms, tapeworms and equine worms.

  • Dose at 1mL per 4kg bodyweight (25mL per 100kg). This dose delivers Abamectin 0.2 mg/kg and Praziquantel 2.5 mg/kg.
