Milbemax for Dogs – Worm Control Treatment

A potent broad-spectrum anthelmintic tablet Milbemax is an effective dewormer for dogs. This oral treatment destroys different intestinal worms such as whipworms, roundworms, hookworms and tapeworms. The unique formula also works to protect dogs from harmful heartworm infection. The monthly dose is safe for all breeds and sizes of dogs and is suitable to use in breeding, pregnant and lactating dogs.

How does it work?

It contains two active ingredients Milbemycin oxime and praziquantel. The first ingredient Milbemycin oxime disturbs the nerve transmission in intestinal parasites and eventually kills them. Then these worms are eliminated from the host through natural mechanism.

Praziquantel the other active ingredient causes muscle spasm in tapeworms, which then are attacked by enzymes and disintegrates in the digestive system of the host animal. It kills all types of tapeworms except Spirometra spp. Thus, the unique formulation protects dogs from intestinal worm infection along with heartworm infection.
